In 1948 FB Mondial was resurrected from the previous ‘FB’ incarnation (Fratelli Brothers). During the Second world war FB’s manufacturing capability was seconded for the military effort which led to a dormant period, in 1948 FB was reborn as FB Mondial and its success was almost immediate and dominant.
